  • Bert Padilla

    Bert Padilla is the Founder and Owner of TekWorx Mobile and Web Services. He is a Professional Freelancer who specializes in Ad Ops for Publishers, and a Full-Stack Digital Marketer. He is an eCommerce entrepreneur, selling both physical and digital products. He also helps MSMEs and fellow business owners through his venture TekWorx PLUG n SELL.

    He’s a Certified E-Commerce Trainer under Ms. Janette Toral’s team at Ecommerce University Asia. He’s also a Certified Trainer, Training Assessor, and Course Developer for the DigitalJobsPH program of the Department of Information and Communications Technology or DICT since 2018. In 2022, he updated the Course and facilitated the nationwide Training of Trainers on “Web Content Management Using WordPress for Government Websites using GWHS or Government Web Hosting Service”, still for DICT.

    Bert also conducts his independent training, workshop, and bootcamps for aspiring Filipino freelancers and entrepreneurs

  • Chris Wayne Comendador

    Meet Wayne, a freelance WordPress developer who is an educator at heart. With over 7 years of experience developing wordpress sites and 5 years of technical instructor experience, Wayne has a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to creating and maintaining WordPress websites.

    Wayne specializes in creating custom WordPress themes and customizing plugins, and is well-versed in website performance optimization and disaster recovery planning. In addition to his expertise in WordPress development, Wayne is also certified in AWS, Google, and Azure, making him a valuable asset for clients looking to integrate their WordPress website with cloud services. He stays up to date with the latest developments and best practices in the industry, and he is always eager to share his knowledge with others.

    He has always had a love for teaching and sharing his knowledge, and he is able to break down complex technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand. He has taught workshops and classes on software development and cloud technologies.

  • Dorell James Galang

    Dorell James is a full stack developer and web technology enthusiast helping promote the tech scene in Cebu and shares back to the community by actively leading/co-leading community-driven organizations namely Laravel Cebu, React Cebu and JavaScript Cebu – do regular event meetups, code camps, school outreach and more.

    He started his career as a QA, and later turned software engineer at NCR while doing freelance WordPress jobs. Recently as CTO at WebriQ, he makes sure that the company is at its best in terms of technical competence and implementation.

  • Eric Tracz

    Eric Tracz is a Digital Nomad currently living in Manila, The Philippines. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of PeepSo.com. Eric has been a first-time WordCamp Speaker at WordCamp Kuala Lumpur 2017 and WordCamp Singapore 2019 and he is hoping to speak at more events in the future.

    Eric began his journey with open-source nearly a decade ago as a simple support guy. Joomla! was his first encounter with the world of Open Source. After that period of his life was phased out, he fell in love with WordPress and has never left. He has been both lucky and at the same time, he worked hard to get to where he is now.

    When Eric has free time, he usually spends it with his wife and/or traveling around South-East Asia. Even when he is supposed to be on a little vacation, not a day goes by when he doesn’t check up on PeepSo. Whenever possible, he jumps on his Ducati Monster and goes for a ride.

    Fervil is a digital marketing mastermind, the founder of Tap White Label Marketing, and the CEO leader of SEMBlitz.

    As an SEO/SEM Specialist hailing from Iligan City, he has been acing the industry since 2010. He loves to partner with marketing agencies and unleash their full potential by scaling their e-commerce clients to new heights through the power of Google, resulting in more sales and revenue! His expertise in SEO and SEM allows him to provide effective solutions to improve their online presence and reach their target audience. His goal is to help clients achieve success through Google, and strive to stay ahead of the latest search marketing trends to ensure that clients are always at the forefront of their respective markets.

    Meet Gerlynnia! The mind behind GO! Creatives. Gerlynnia is a Branding and E-commerce Specialist, who is helping businesses implement strategies and grow in the digital space. She’s also an artist behind the scenes as well!

    As a Paramedic herself, she wanted to reach out and share the impact of Health Brands through her passion and expertise revolving around Branding and Website Design.

    Throughout her professional career, her works and clients have been featured in Vogue, Smart Parenting Asia, Sunstar and Forbes. Together with the GO! Team, she transforms brands to reach and engage their audiences, build their legacies, and impact their communities

  • Gerson Lacdao

    Gerson is a registered nurse by profession who transitioned into a WordPress freelancer and agency owner. He has worked with dozens of clients around the world and is now focused on working with non-profits to create websites that are inclusive and accessible to everyone, especially people with disabilities. Aside from his agency work, he also enjoys mountain biking and diving.

  • Jerico Aragon

    Jerico Aragon is a seasoned Cloud Engineer currently working at Human Made. As a father of three boys, he has a strong sense of responsibility and a great work ethic. With over five years of experience working fully remotely, he has developed a highly efficient and adaptable work style. Jerico has been blogging since 2007 and has seen firsthand how the meaning and purpose of blogging have evolved over time. He feels that blogging in the past was more about sharing personal experiences and building a sense of community, whereas today it is often used as a tool for search engine optimization and promoting products. Despite the changes, Jerico remains passionate about blogging and is excited to share how to make the internet your personal space.

  • Kenneth Viola

    Kenneth Viola is the founder of Xavvi Digital, a company that specializes in helping e-commerce brands reach 8 figures and compete on a global stage. With a background in the BPO industry and experience as a media buyer for local and international e-commerce brands, Kenneth has generated over $5 million in sales globally and worked with over 20 brands. In addition to scaling brands, Kenneth also works with FAMA to educate business owners, freelancers, and entrepreneurs on the skills and tools needed to be effective media buyers.

  • Kristiana Rule

    Kristiana Rule is a content marketer, creator, and writer. As founder of copylang — a content and copywriting studio — she helps e-commerce and service-based businesses create and execute winning content strategies. She also works with agencies to create long-form B2B content for some of the world’s biggest brands. When she’s not building blogs from scratch, you can find her reading a book or crocheting ugly (but very comfortable) hats.

  • Le-an Lai Lacaba

    Le-an Lai Lacaba is the CEO and Co-Founder of 2xYou, winner of the Stevie Award 2021 Employer Of The Year, an outsourcing company that specializes in hiring, managing, and growing remote executive assistants for solopreneurs and small business owners.

    She has been working from home since she was 15, published her own book at 18, became CEO at 20, and partnered up with her boss to start 2xYou Executive Services at 23 and aims to help 10,000 entrepreneurs grow remotely, and 1 Million Filipinos to work from home.

    She also has a coaching brand on Youtube, where she trains Virtual Assistants on how to work from home. She is also an international speaker, and a content creation monster who has a blog, a Youtube channel, and an upcoming book, Scale You.

  • Max Limpag

    Max Limpag is a versatile individual based in Cebu, Philippines. He is an experienced writer, blogger, and freelance journalist with a background in developing apps and websites. He has contributed through reporting and editing notable publications such as The Freeman, Today, The Independent Post, Sun.Star Cebu, Cebu Daily News, Rappler, and PhilstarLife. Max is also the co-founder of InnoPub Media, a new media company.

  • Pam Baroro

    Pam is a former programmer who now runs a 7-figure VA business specializing in marketing and tech for coaches and online course creators. She is also a frustrated digital nomad who brings her partner and 3 kids around the country.

  • Raymond Angana

    Meet Raymond, a seasoned WordPress developer with over 10 years of experience in the field. Ray specializes in theme development and has a wealth of knowledge to share with fellow WordPress developers. He is particularly passionate about utilizing ACF Blocks to create component-driven development in WordPress. Ray’s expertise in this area allows him to create highly customizable and flexible WordPress websites that are easy to maintain and update. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and helping others to improve their WordPress development skills. He will be a valuable resource for any WordCamp participants looking to improve their WordPress development capabilities.

  • Taco Verdonschot

    Taco is the head of relations at Yoast, a global translation editor (translator) for Dutch, a deputy on the WP community team, a husband, and the father of 2 amazing daughters.

    At Yoast, he’s working on partnerships, customer support, and community. Taco has been at Yoast for almost 10 years, and in that time he’s mostly been involved with the support and community side of the company.

  • Yvette Sonneveld

    Yvette Sonneveld is a full-stack online communication professional who has helped dozens of business owners attract leads, clients, and raving fans. She created her first hand-coded website in 1999 and her first WordPress site in 2008. She discovered the WordPress community in 2014, when she traveled to Miami, all by herself, to stretch her comfort zone and volunteer. This one voluntourism experience lead encouraged her to keep stretching her comfort zone, leading to many exciting opportunities, including becoming an international speaker and becoming a MakeWordPressMarketing team rep. During office hours, Yvette is the team leader of the Yoast Community team. She recharges with yoga, walking, playing the piano, and baking with her daughter.
