The centerpiece of any WordCamp is the presentations and with that, we need speakers!
WordCamp Cebu 2020, like all WordCamps, is an event run by the local community to share all things WordPress. We bring together bloggers, designers, developers, entrepreneurs, educators as well as students who are passionate about WordPress and the web.
Why Speak?
- Speaking at a WordCamp takes a little work but can be a very rewarding experience. You get to share your passion and help others learn a little more about WordPress.
- You’ll be sharing your expertise live, with a warm and enthusiastic audience.
What we’re looking for?
The ideal topic for a WordCamp presentation is one that the speaker is passionate about, well acquainted with and can talk about with confidence.
Designers, bloggers, developers, and entrepreneurs are welcome to apply! Topics can vary from beginner to advanced, from design to development, SEO, marketing and anything else as long as it relates to WordPress and the web.
Submission Details
- All talks will be recorded for wordpress.tv, and all successful speakers will be required to sign an A/V release form.
- Slides will need to be submitted to the WordCamp Cebu team two weeks before the event date.
- As a non-profit event, we are unable to pay for travel & accommodation.
