Donald Onde

Donald Onde

Donald Onde is a Filipino healthcare and civic tech founder working at the intersection of patient experience, public service, and digital marketing.

He previously led clinical research communications and healthcare marketing for global organizations. Today, his work is focused on building platforms that close real gaps on the ground instead of just describing them.

He is the founder of Healio.ph, a map-first “Health OS” for the Philippines that helps patients find doctors, access care, and advocate for themselves. He is also the builder of Dasig.org, a grassroots disaster response and civic coordination platform created after multiple disasters hit Cebu. Dasig enables volunteers, NGOs LGUs, and communities to coordinate relief and fundraise more transparently and effectively.

Don blends storytelling, UX thinking, and systems design to solve problems where people suffer most from friction: healthcare access, disaster coordination, and community resilience.

His work aims to turn empathy into infrastructure.
